The shipment of the package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and delivery with signature.

The cost of shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The handling fees are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each of them. The package will be shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to the protection of fragile items. The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.

In the event of an error on our part, the home collection costs will be free.
